Powers: Vincent may not look like it but, he is pyrokinetic. He can manipulate and produce fire at will (flame whips, fire balls, flaming hands, etc.), however, the only thing that he can't do is producing large flame walls nor waves of fire. As a pyrokinetic, he can fight against cryokinetics and wind manipulators allow his flames spread more quickly, but, his weaknesses are water manipulators and rainy days, where he can't produce a spark even though he is wearing a raincoat. Vincent also knows how to fight back with fists and kicks even though he hasn't even learned any martial arts.

Vincent is a tall, thin young man with messy silver shoulder-length hair and grey eyes that hold a bit of mischief in them. Overall, he has a pretty dull attire. He wears a grey undershirt a unique dark grey long-sleeved shirt with a zipper going from the left shoulder area to the hem of the long-sleeved shirt. Over this long-sleeved shirt, he wears a very light grey raincoat. He wears light grey cargo pants, but, he cut off part of left pant sleeve to make it look a bit more unique. For shoes, he wears hi-top runners.

Personality: At glance as he gives a soft smile, Vincent looks like the type of person who would be friendly and caring towards others, but, he is not that type at all. He is the type that's sarcastic and will deceive others for fun as well as tease and taunt them. He will laugh at other people's pain and won't care about their feelings for he is a sadistic and indifferent young man.
History: As a child, Vincent was a victim of bullying. Every day throughout his elementary school years, he was bullied and discriminated by his fellow classmates because of his appearance. He was sick of it; the disbelief from his parents about the bullying and the way he was treated at school, but, everything changed when he entered junior high. During his junior high years, the treatment he received from certain classmates reduced a bit; he was a bit satisfied but not satisfied enough. One day, this treatment was continued by a group of three; two boys and one girl. That day was when Vincent found out about his dormant ability. In the middle of the bullying, he managed to give the girl and one of the boys second degree burns as well as scared the other boy. He was surprised when he did this suddenly but, he enjoyed it so much that he laughed at their states. When a teacher found out about this, Vincent immediately silenced her by burning her face before she said anything to anyone. Ever since that incident, the four of them never said anything to anyone because they feared what Vincent would do to them.
After junior high and during his high school years, the treatment he received from others reduced even more as he burned several of them in secret. He enjoyed what he did to them; burning parts of their bodies, but, not burning them alive of course because he wanted them to suffer. Vincent became feared by those who verbally and physically abused him, which ended the treatment he was experiencing and made his last year of high school enjoyable, very enjoyable. When he graduated from high school, he moved out of the house and into an apartment in Jump City. It was fun at first but as the months went by, it became dull and even more dull. Vincent was tired of this boredom and one day, he decided to do something in order to relieve himself of this boredom. To cause "a bit" of trouble in Jump City is what he plans to do.
